We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Funkle. If you wish to return any products or the product is unsuitable, we will refund or replace the goods providing that the goods are still in their original packaging and are in a fully resaleable condition. To receive a refund you must return the item to us within 14 days after delivery.

All goods returned must be in perfect and sellable condition in original packaging. If the goods have not been returned in perfect sellable condition and in the riginal packaging then your right to a full refund will be affected. When returning by mail the package and contents are the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Funkle.
Right of withdrawal
When you cancel your purchase you must bear the cost of returning yourself, unless the return is because you have received a damaged product, or other. In such cases, of course, we cover the return costs.
Funkle is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please contact us and inform us why you want to complain about the item and we will send a return waybill. Once we have approved the complaint you will either:
A. Receive a new, identical product.
B. Receive the money back of which you paid for the item.
